Some commonly asked questions for the participating schools:

When can we set up? You can arrive as early as 8 am to set up. Participants must be ready by 8:45 am.

Booth Information

  • How big is the booth?  All participating schools will get a six foot table
  • Is there a wall behind it, or is it in the middle of the room?  We will not know that information until the day of the event.
  • Are we allowed to hang or display a banner behind us (even if we are in the middle of the room)?  Yes if you have a way to do so (you own pipe and drape system or other method to hang it)
  • Will we be near an electrical outlet? We cannot guarantee this, but we will do our best toplace each table within 20 feet of an outlet. Please bring your own extension cords and a way to tape them down safely. You are responsible for removing the tape before leaving the premises.

 *Table Information

    • Is it provided or do we bring our own? It is provided
    • If it is provided, what size is it?     6 feet
    • If we bring our own, is there a size limit? You may not bring your own table.
    • You will also be provided with a linen and 2 chairs
  •  Are kids going to be coming?  YES
  • We would like to do an interactive activity – such as an art project, games etc. – is this ok?  YES – in the space provided
    • Can we do this activity at a kid table near our booth, in addition to our regular booth table or could we sponsor an area we could set up exclusively for this?  Sponsorships are $250, if you want an extra table.

     

  • Las Madres will be providing some kid’s activities and crafts during the event as well

 

  • Will there be food at the event?  No

 

Parents!  No need to register to attend- just show up!
